Oracle Cloud - Paravirtualized Mode

FortiAnalyzer-VM running in Oracle Cloud now supports paravirtualized (PV) mode.

To set up paravirtualized (PV) mode support:
  1. In Oracle Cloud, upload an uncompressed FortiAnalyzer image (format: qcow2) to a bucket on Oracle Cloud.

  2. Go to Compute > Custom Images > Import Image and choose the default paravirtualized mode in Launch Mode.

  3. A virtual disk can be added with Attach Block Volume from the VM instance. Select Paravirtualized as the method for attaching the block volume.
