The Cyber Threat Assessment report is automatically generated. By default, the report will run at 3:00AM every Monday. For more information on report scheduling, see Scheduling reports.

Schedules can be viewed in the Report Calendar. See Report calendar.

This will only affect newly installed FortiAnalyzer or newly created ADOM. Upgraded ADOM reports, scheduling and calendar will be kept as is.
