Introduction

FortiCamera Cloud is a cloud-based Video Surveillance as a Service (VSaaS) platform providing an array of FortiCamera deployment, management, and analytical capabilities. FortiCamera Cloud allows you to deploy, setup, and view FortiCamera units, with various organization and site-level privileges, providing visibility across your entire deployment.

With FortiCamera Cloud, you can do the following:

• Easily view live and recorded video from any cloud FortiCamera or cloud enabled camera on a FortiRecorder. Easily navigate a timeline to review footage, zoom-in, take snapshots, or export clips.

• Use the Dashboard to view at-a-glance all connectivity history, to easily investigate when a camera has either gone offline or anything occurred that requires further attention.

  A Hyper Dashboard provides MSPs with a status summary of all connected organizations.

• Create Organizations, each with their own camera inventory, a regionalized host datacenter, and any number of sites.

• Create Sites, defining the geographic locations and timezones where your deployed cameras are located, reflecting the structure of your business.

• Claim cameras that have been properly registered on FortiCare into an organization inventory, then assigned to a site.

• Manage various video settings and maintenance options, including image orientation, High Dynamic Range (HDR) and Digital Noise Reduction (DNR), and privacy windows, for screening-off sections of video capture you don't want monitored.

• Conduct video recordings of any cameras with the use of video Profiles and Schedules. Control a variety of video capturing options at the most granular level, including resolution and quality, motion and audio capture optionality, and more.
