Managed mode with EMS

When FortiClient Telemetry is connected to EMS, compliance is not enforced. The Compliance & Telemetry tab is labeled Centrally Managed by EMS.

The Compliance tab displays the following information:

Compliance information

Indicates FortiClient is not participating in compliance enforcement. Compliance enforcement requires FortiClient Telemetry connection to FortiGate.

EMS information

Displays the IP address, host name, and serial number of the EMS to which FortiClient Telemetry is connected. Also displays the time of the next Telemetry communication between FortiClient and EMS. You can disconnect by clicking Disconnect.
