Whitelisting quarantined files
You can whitelist and restore quarantined files. This releases the files from quarantine and makes them accessible on the endpoint with the next Telemetry communication between FortiClient EMS and FortiClient.
To whitelist quarantined files:
- Go to Quarantine Management > Files.
- Select the desired files.
- Click Whitelist & Restore.
- In the confirmation dialog, click Yes, then Okay. The file status changes to Quarantined & Whitelisted.
