Turn on Cloud Protection

Cloud Protection can be turned on again when the cloud account status is "Off by User" or "Insufficient License".

Note: Insufficient License status only applies to FortiCloud License users.

If it was turned off by the user, you can turn on Cloud Protection again anytime you are ready. When the Cloud Protection is turned off by system, it is due to the number of virtual machine monitored by FortiCNP exceeds the license capacity and subsequently the monitoring is turned off by the system.
