About FortiCloud Account Master User

FortiCloud Master and Sub Account Users

The FortiCloud account master user can create sub-account users so that different users can share the same FortiCloud account to access FortiCNP.

However, there is only one master user for each FortiCloud account.

Please note that when the master account user is changed from one user to another through FortiCloud, the Cloud Protection cloud account information and license subscription will not be migrated to the new master user. Please contact FortiCare Support to resolve this issue.
