SD-WAN

SD-WAN

In per-device management, you can configure SD-WAN directly on each device.

If you want to add BGP Neighbors to the configuration, you must create the BGP Neighbors first. See BGP Neighbors (per-device management).

To configure SD-WAN on a device:
  1. Ensure that you are in the correct ADOM and that SD-WAN per-device management is enabled for the ADOM.
  2. Go to Device Manager > SD-WAN > SD-WAN .
  3. Click Create New in the content pane toolbar.

    The Create New SD-WAN pane opens.

  4. Enter the following information, and click OK to :

    Device

    Select the device to configure.

    SD-WAN Status

    Select On or Off.

    Interface Members

    Zones and interface members can be added, edited, and removed. See Zones and interface members (per-device management).

    Create VPN

    See IPsec VPN Wizard (per-device management).

    Performance SLA

    See Performance SLA (per-device management).

    Neighbor

    See BGP Neighbors (per-device management).

    SD-WAN Rules

    See SD-WAN rules (per-device management).

    Advanced Options

    Configure the following advanced options:

    fail-detect

    Enable/disable fail detection features for this interface.

    neighbor-hold-boot-time

    Specify the interval.

    neighbor-hold-down

    Enable/disable neighbor hold down for this interface.

    neighbor-hold-down-time

    Specify the interval.

To edit an SD-WAN configuration:
  1. If using ADOMs, ensure that you are in the correct ADOM.
  2. Go to Device Manager > SD-WAN > SD-WAN .
  3. Select the device from the list, and click Edit in the toolbar, or right-click the device and select Edit. The Edit page opens.
  4. Edit the configuration as required, and click OK to apply your changes.
To delete an SD-WAN configuration:
  1. If using ADOMs, ensure that you are in the correct ADOM.
  2. Go to Device Manager > SD-WAN > SD-WAN .
  3. Select the device from the list, and click Delete in the toolbar, or right-click the device and select Delete.
  4. Click OK in the confirmation dialog box to delete the SD-WAN configuration.
