Configuring Guardicore fabric connectors

Configuring fabric connectors for Guardicore Centra requires the following steps:

1. In Guardicore Centra, add a user for the FortiManager administrator. See Adding users to Guardicore Centra.

   The user enables API communication between FortiManager and Guardicore Centra.

2. In Universal Connector MEA, create a fabric connector to Guardicore. See Creating fabric connectors for Guardicore.

   The fabric connector includes the configuration to connect and authenticate with Guardicore Centra as well as which labels and associated assets to retrieve.

3. Ensure that the Guardicore fabric connector is turned on. See Turning on Guardicore fabric connectors.

   The fabric connector communicates with Guardicore Centra to retrieve labels and associated assets.

After you configure a fabric connector to Guardicore Centra, you can use the labels in policies and objects. See Using labels in policies and objects.
