Relay Service

You can add, update, and delete DHCP relays.

Adding a DHCP relay

  1. Select DHCP Server from the System tree.
  2. Right-click in the Relay Service section of the table and select Create New.
  3. Enter values in the relevant fields. See DHCP relay fields.
  4. Select Save.

Updating a DHCP relay

  1. Select DHCP Server from the System tree.
  2. Right-click a relay service and select Edit.
  3. Update the values that you want to change.
  4. Select Save.

Deleting a DHCP relay

  1. Select DHCP Server from the System tree.
  2. Right-click a relay service and select Delete.
  3. Select Yes in the confirmation dialog box to delete the selected relay service.

DHCP relay fields

The Create New DHCP Sever and Edit DHCP Server forms contain the following fields:

Interface

The name of the interface.

Mode

Select Relay to create a DHCP relay.

Enable

Select this option to make the DHCP server active.

Type

Select Regular to use the DHCP in regular mode. Select IPsec to use the DHCP in IPsec mode.

DHCP Server IP 1-10

The IP addresses of the DHCP servers to use for the DHCP relay.

  1. Select DHCP Server from the System tree.
  2. Right-click in the Relay Service section of the table and select Create New.
  3. Enter values in the relevant fields. See DHCP relay fields.
  4. Select Save.

  1. Select DHCP Server from the System tree.
  2. Right-click a relay service and select Edit.
  3. Update the values that you want to change.
  4. Select Save.

Deleting a DHCP relay

  1. Select DHCP Server from the System tree.
  2. Right-click a relay service and select Delete.
  3. Select Yes in the confirmation dialog box to delete the selected relay service.
