What's new for FortiCloud Services

Subscriptions

The Subscriptions page has been removed from the Account menu.

What's new for Asset Management

Bulk deregistration

Up to 200 units can be deregistered simultaneously from the Products > Decommission Units page. A unit can only be deregistered three years after registration and a FortiGate serial number can only be deregistered once a year. See Viewing decommission units in the Asset Management guide.

What's new for FortiCare

Display tickets in card view

Tickets listed in the Tickets page can be viewed in a card view. See Ticket list in the FortiCare guide.

Advanced Service and Incident Response portal integration

The Advanced Service (AS) and Incident Response (IR) functionalities of the Advanced Services portal have been migrated to the FortiCare portal. The legacy Advanced Services portal is still accessible in the Support menu. AS and IR functionality in the FortiCare portal is controlled through the IAM user's permissions. See Advanced Services and Incident Response in the FortiCare guide, and Portals with resource-based permissions in the IAM guide.

Service Updates

The Downloads > Service Updates page can be used to download FortiGuard service updates based on product and OS version. See Service Updates in the FortiCare guide.

Contact name

The Contact Name column can be made visible in the Tickets list using the column selector. See Ticket list in the FortiCare guide.

Priority RMA

Premium RMA has been rebranded to Priority RMA. See Priority and Secure RMA in the ELA Portal guide.
