Agent support 2026-02-12

This document provides details about agent support and supported agent features based on agent version and host platform. You can use the information in this document to determine which features are supported for your specific agent and platform combinations.

When you contact support, support is available if:

• The agent status is not end of support (EOS).

• The agent host platform (distribution version and kernel version) are listed in the support definition for the agent version.

Agent and platform combinations that fall outside of the specified support definitions may work but are not eligible for technical support .

These feature support definitions do not apply to agents versions prior to 7.10. The previous support matrix is still in use for those versions, until the agent is EOS.

Agent feature support definitions only apply to Linux agents. For information about the Windows agent, see Windows agent versions.
