FortiFone FON-x80 Series version 3.0.10 build 192 includes the following improvements and new features:

• Ability to reorganize soft keys (Menu > Setting > General > Soft Key).
• Incoming calls that go to voicemail are shown as Received in History.
• When entering an IP address, unnecessary punctuation characters are removed. For example, an asterisk (*) will input as a period (.).

• Addition of service assurance with FortiVoice Cloud to detect the loss of incoming RTP packets and re-INVITE the call and switch servers, if necessary, to maintain call quality.

• The bottom-right programmable key flashes when an appearance on another page has an incoming call.
• Improved log collection when uploading the diagnostic report to the FortiVoice Cloud support portal.
• Addition of ping and traceroute utilities using the web portal.
