FortiPortal web interface

Use the FortiPortal web interface to analyze your network event log data, customize reports, view the status of your network devices, and view and configure security policies.

After a successful login, the interface displays the dashboard page.

The top banner is common for all pages and includes the following buttons:

  • Help: View the help documentation.
  • Alerts: View unread alerts.
  • Change Password: Open the change password form.
  • Logout: Log out of the system.

The left pane contains the following tabs, depending on your user permissions:

  • Insights: View the system dashboard, monitors, device health, and logs.
  • SD-WAN: Monitor and configure SD-WAN.
  • Security: View and manage security policies, firewall objects, virtual private networks (VPNs), static routes, and DHCP servers.
  • Switch: Monitor and configure network switches.
  • WiFi: Monitor wireless networks.
  • Reports: View available reports.
  • Audit: View logs of system user activity.
  • Additional Resources: Contains a list of external resources (such as a ticketing system) as configured by your system administrator.
