The scan profile failed to save with a large number of archive passwords.

Bug ID Description
935501 GUI Web page is unexpectedly allowed on api-port. The issue only affects when api-port is explicitly configured via CLI for JSON RPC access and the gateway has different routing for inbound and outbound.
