New features and updates in v24.1

Postpaid monthly consumption report

For customers using Postpaid and Evaluation programs, the Points Summary on the Dashboard will display the current month and positive value of consumed points for that month.

The Points page has been updated to the Reports > Points Usage Summary page. This page displays product type and a list of point usages for the filtered month and account.

The Reports > Usage Details page has been updated to the Reports > Points Usage Details page. New filters have been added to filter details by month, product type, serial number, and OU or Account. When filtering by date, you cannot select a Start Date more than 90 days ago.

The Reports > Point License Summary page has been updated to the Reports > Point Pack Summary page.

Content on these pages can be exported in XLSX and CSV formats.

Activate VM entitlements immediately

A new option has been adding when creating VM entitlements that allows you to set your entitlement immediately to the ACTIVE status instead of PENDING. This option is not available for Hardware and Cloud entitlements.

Transfer FortiPoints to FortiFlex Points

FortiPoints can be transferred to FortiFlex points in the FortiCloud Asset Management portal's Marketplace. This is only available for Prepaid programs at the root account level.
