Resolved issues

633489	When clients connect to VLAN SSID on FAP-U221EV, download throughput is very low (around 100Mbps).
650097	FAP-U24JEV working as a MESH client doesn't support 2x2 MIMO on one radio when the other radio is disabled.
659770	FAP-U generates false positive "Antenna defect detected" logs or "Radio 1 RSSI error" messages.
670111	FAP-U421EV is disconnected due to the timeout of LLDP daemon's DNS query for chassis name.
670481	STP_MODE on FAP-U431F reverts to default (Enabled) post FAP reboot.
675914	FAP-U's disconnect from FGT randomly with the following message: Kernel panic - not syncing: Only two seconds are left in watchdog timer.
677778	Randomly, a few FAP-U221EV have Tx power 17dBm even though the min and max Tx power is configured as 23 dBm on the 5 GHz radio.
682140	Issue with Multicast traffic on FAPU 431F (WiFi clients connected to same SSID Same AP different radio cannot discover airplay server).
