• Persons of interest can now be defined.

  When a camera detects a person of interest, a notification can be sent. Visual search also can be used to find more video clips that show that person.

  Person of interest detection requires camera models that support AI-driven visual search for faces, such as FortiCam FD55-CA.

  By uploading photos or finding faces in video clips, you can now define individual employees, visitors, or other persons. Visual search allows you to search for more video clips that show that person. Optionally, you can mark them as persons of interest.

• Notifications can now be sent.

  Notifications can be sent to specific users, and created for:

  • Camera status changes, such as:

    • Streaming connection is now working normally

    • Local storage errors

    • Upgrading

    • Rebooting

  • Persons of interest

  • Motion detection

  Delivery methods, depending on the user's preference, can include:

  • email

  • FortiRecorder Mobile app
