Reports
FortiPresence VM provides customizable standard report types that allow you to generate and analyze visitor data for different time periods. You can create reports to view and download them for further analysis in the .csv/.pdf format.
These reports allow you to perform visitor, network, device, and site analysis at different time periods and for different geographic regions.
Select the time period and the site to be covered by the selected report. These fields are supported for all report types. The reports are searchable for specific fields for data that is generated. To configure auto-generation of reports, see Schedule Configuration.
Click on Download & Email to download generated reports and email them to the registered email address in a .pdf and/or .csv format.
