An existing endpoint-to-endpoint traffic policy cannot be modified by an administrator. An administrator can still create a new endpoint-to-endpoint policy.

Workaround: Delete the existing endpoint-to-endpoint traffic policy and create a new one with the desired settings that the administrator intended to configure by editing the policy.
