FortiWeb-VM license on Docker

FortiWeb docker container uses license to limit the traffic processed by FortiWeb. You must load a license which has traffic flag on FortiWeb docker container.

FortiWeb calculates the traffic every 10 minutes to check if the traffic exceeds the traffic limit. At 00:00 of each day, FortiWeb checks how many times your traffic exceeds the limit during this day. If over 5% times (that is eight times for a whole day) of traffic excess are counted, we will lock your FortiWeb interface because we assume the current traffic limit in your license no longer fits your actual traffic usage. To unlock the GUI, we strongly recommend you evaluate your traffic usage and import a license with suitable traffic limit.
