A Account Management: User Accounts

Prove ownership of domain using TXT string validation.
  • Custom sub-domain

Admin will have the option to use default domain (*.ftnt.info) or enter custom sub-domain for their Students’ Learner Portal.
B Upload Users (Manual or .CSV or LDAP) Use case: Add users in an organization structure either manually or bulk upload using CSV or LDAP.
C LDAPS-AD integration support Admin can connect AD server via LDAPS and import users.

Contract Information

View all purchased contracts and their status in one view and provide high level snapshot of:

  • Contracts status (Active, Pending or Expired)

  • Number of licenses in use vs available

Manage customer accounts. For all the connected sub-accounts (customers), Partner admin can:

  • List view of all connected accounts
