Assets

The Assets available in this section are made available depending on what service level and Add-on packages you have purchased.

Users will need to click Enroll the first time they access the Assets page from the navigation menu in order to access the asset packages.

Asset packages are available in all Learner App currently supported languages. For supported Learner App languages, check the Preferred Language dropdown dialog in the Settings navigation menu item.

Fortinet assets

Fortinet branded assets are for use either online (banners, screen savers) or for print (posters and tip sheets). These assets cannot be modified to remove the Fortinet Inc. brand, or add customer branding.

All license levels get access to the Fortinet Inc. branded assets:

• Free 25 level service license holders

• Standard level service license holders

• Premium level service user license holders

Assets include:

• Banners (JPEGs/PDFs)

• Posters (JPEGs/PDFs)

• Screen Savers (JPEGs)

• Tips Sheets (PDFs)

• Email Template (.docx)

Co-branded assets

Co-branded assets allow you to add your own logo to the asset along with the Fortinet Inc. logo.

The following license levels get access to the Fortinet Inc. branded assets:

• Premium level service user license holders

Assets include:

• Banners (JPEGs/PDFs)

• Posters (JPEGs/PDFs)

• Screen Savers (JPEGs)

• Tips Sheets (PDFs)

• Email Template (.docx)

Custom branding

Custom branding assets allow you to design the asset as per your brand look and feel using the approved text we have provided.

Custom branding assets are available to those who purchase a license for the Custom Branding Add-on only.

Custom assets are all contained in a .docx (Microsoft Office Word) format file.

K-12 school assets

These Fortinet Inc. branded assets are for schools to use either online (banners, screen savers) or for print (posters and tip sheets).

The following license levels get access to the Fortinet Inc. branded assets:

• Premium level service user license holders

Assets include:

• Banners (JPEGs/PDFs)

• Posters (JPEGs/PDFs)

• Screen Savers (JPEGs)

• Tips Sheets (PDFs)

• Email Template (.docx)

Nano videos

Nano videos are reinforcement modules (typically less than a minute)used to promote security awareness training throughout an organization.

The number of nano videos available to users depends on the service license level.
