Batch-adding users

Log into the FortiIdentity Cloud portal.
- Navigate to User Management >Users, and click Batch Add .
- Select a realm.
- Enter the user's username, email, and mobile phone number.

For Type, select Local User or Remote User.
- Click the + sign.
- Click Save.
All users you have entered are added to the Users page at once.
Alternatively, you can add multiple users all at once by downloading the Users_template.csv file, filling it out with the required user information, and then uploading it to FIC.
To batch-add users using the Users_template:
- Click User Management > Users > Batch Add.
- Click Download CSV Template.
- Open the
Users_template.csvfile, and populate it with the username, email address, and mobile phone number of the user to be added, and select the desired user type. - Save the file.
- Click Upload CSV file.
- Click Save.
