Backing up the FortiVoice VM
In VM environments, it is recommended that you use the XenCenter Snapshot utility to back up the VM instance. In the event of an issue with a firmware upgrade or configuration issue, you can use Snapshots to revert the VM instance to a previous Snapshot.
To back up a virtual machine instance:
- In the XenCenter, right-click the name of the virtual machine you created and select Take a Snapshot from the menu.
- In the displayed Take Snapshot dialog box, enter a name and description for the snapshot.
- Select a snapshot mode.
- Click Take Snapshot.
