HA configuration settings synchronization
All configuration settings on the primary unit are synchronized to the secondary unit once the HA group has been configured successfully, with the excepting the following settings:

The FortiGuard update settings are not synchronized. To keep up-to-date with the latest ANN database on the Secondary unit, you will need to manually trigger the update or enable scheduled updates on Secondary unit. |
