Installing updates to devices

Installing updates to devices

You must install your local policy and settings updates to the target firewall devices for them to take effect.

The Install button displays an icon when configuration changes are available to be installed.

To install updates:
  1. In the header, click Install.
  2. In Policy Package, optionally select a policy package to display only the devices that use this policy package.

  3. Select the target devices.

    The installation status for each device is displayed.

  4. Click Install.

  5. Click Yes to confirm the installation.

    The progress bar in the Install dialog shows the status of the installation.

  6. Once the package is installed, click Finish.
