Requirements

The following items are required to use the Managed FortiGate Service:

FortiCloud
  • FortiCloud account to access the Managed FortiGate Service portal.
FortiGate
  • Registered under the FortiCloud account.
  • Valid Managed FortiGate Service, FortiCare, and FortiGuard subscriptions.
  • GA Firmware version:

    • 7.2.0 to 7.2.7

    • 7.0.0 to 7.0.14

  • Provide exclusive central remote management.
  • Supported by FortiManager Cloud v7.2.4.

  • Allow inbound/outbound TCP port 541 for the management tunnel.

  • Internet connectivity to be managed remotely.
