Submitting feedback
The Managed FortiGate service portal occasionally displays a short feedback survey to rate the quality of the service. We encourage you to participate in these surveys to help us improve your service experience.
Onboarding survey:
The purpose of the onboarding survey is to gather information about your experience during the onboarding process; it is displayed after having completed the onboarding wizard. If you close the onboarding survey dialog, it will minimize into the feedback button.
Quarterly survey:
The Quarterly Feedback Survey will display automatically at the beginning of each quarter until a user completes it.
The available choices are as follows:

Close ('X' icon): The dialog window will close and reappear when users go back to the landing page

Dismiss: The dialog window will close and reappear in the next quarter. The feedback button will be activated.

Remind Me Later: The dialog window will close and reappear the next day. The feedback button will be activated.

Submit: Feedback submitted with the selected options.
