Generating a diagnostic report
To help you troubleshoot FortiFone softclient for Android issues, generate a diagnostic report. This report gives status information about addresses and ports used for communication with the FortiVoice phone system.
- From the FortiFone softclient main menu, tap
. - Tap Account.
- Tap your extension.
- Tap
. - Tap Diagnostic Report.
The FortiFone softclient generates the report with the following status details:
- Server connection
- Authentication
- License
- Provisioning file
