The eventtime field is in most FortiMail log messages, regardless of type.
The event time is similar to the date and timestamp in the log that indicates when the event was recorded, but it is formatted as milliseconds since the Unix epoch, such as eventtime=1756559893404 for 1:18:13.404 PM (GMT time zone) on August 30, 2025. The event is relative to the system time on FortiMail.
