Accessing the Admin App
Only administrators can access the Admin App from the Learner App. If you have not been granted Administrator permissions set from the Tenant Administrator (the FortiCloud account used to initialize the service and enter the licence information), you will not have access to the Admin App.
To access the Admin App

Any user with Administrator permissions ( including the Tenant Administrator or Sub Administrator), can access the Go to Admin button from the avatar drop down menu:
