To schedule a new custom report:
  1. Go to Reports from the Navigation Menu.

  2. Click Create for the type of report you wish to create.

The New report page is displayed.

  3. From the Campaign dropdown menu, select the campaign you would like to create the report for.

  4. If you wish to create a report department by department, from the Department dropdown menu, select the department you wish to create the report for or report for all departments.

  5. Give your report a meaningful name.

    Note

    In the above example, the name contains <report type> - <campaign name> (<department>).

It is important that you use good naming conventions so that when you create a report, you can recognize what the report is for. You should include the type of report you selected, the campaign it is tied to and the department. You can also report on all data, export as an .xlsx and then extract the data department by department to manually send the report to the appropriate department manager.

  6. If you wish to just save the report and not schedule it, click Save Report. Otherwise, select the Schedule option to set a schedule.

  7. If scheduling the report, after enabling Schedule, complete the Schedule fields.

  8. Search and add users who should receive the report using the Send to search field.

  9. Select the frequency the report should be sent.

  10. Enter the start and end dates for sending the report.

  11. Choose the Format you would like the report to be sent in.

  12. Click Save Report.

You should now see the new report listed under the Scheduled Reports tab.

You can download the current report at any time by visiting the Reports > Scheduled Reports tab. Click Download and selecting the report output type (CSV or XLSX).

You can also delete the report by selecting Delete.

Note

Different reports have different configuration options than the example provided above. Best practice is to always give the report a meaningful name so that it is clear what data the report includes. Never use the default name which is just the report type with a sequential number at the end as this will make it difficult to determine what data is included in the report.
