Service request comments

Service request comments

After a service request has been created, you can add a comment to communicate directly with the Fortinet SOC team, for example to provide additional information about the request.

To comment on a service request:
  1. Go to Service Requests and open an existing request.

  2. In the service request, click the Comments button to open the Comments pane if it is not opened by default.
    The Comments pane appears on the right-side of the screen.

  3. Enter a new comment in the text box and click the enter icon to send your message to the Fortinet SOC team.
    You can also use the Search field in the Comments pane to search through existing comments in the service request.
