Using SOCaaS

After your devices are onboarded and SOCaaS monitoring is started, you can use the SOCaaS portal to get visibility on SOCaaS.

For example, you can:

• View the alert dashboard with summary charts in different time spans. See Dashboard.

• View escalated alert details, explore correlations, and comment on alerts. See Alerts.

• Submit service requests or comment on existing requests to SOCaaS team. See Service requests.

• View all your Fabric devices, entitled devices, onboarded devices, expiring licenses and devices not subscribed to SOCaaS. See My Assets.

• View or submit forensic analysis requests. See Forensic analysis.
