Integration with Managed FortiGate Service

Users who have a subscription to Managed FortiGate Service (MFGS) can access the MFGS portal from directly within the SOCaaS Customer Portal view.

When both services are registered on your FortiCloud account, you can expand the MFGS menu in the SOCaaS Customer Portal by clicking the MANAGED FORTIGATE SERVICE dropdown in the tree menu. Once selected, the portal is reloaded for MFGS. You can return to the SOCaaS portal by repeating these steps and selecting the SOC AS-A-SERVICE dropdown from the tree menu.
