SOCaaS Portal APIs for customers

The SOCaaS Portal API for customers provides MSSPs and partners with the ability to integrate with SOCaaS to ingest SOC alerts and their correlations, as well as Service Requests into their ticketing system and interact with the Fortinet SOCaaS team.

Using the SOCaaS Portal Customer API, customers can:

• Get alert lists

• Get alert details by UUID

• Update the alert status

• Get comment list

• Create a comment

• Download files and attachments

• Get list of Service Requests

• Create Service Request

• Get Service Request details by Service Request UUID
