Creating service requests
Create a service request to request technical assistance, report issues with the Portal, and other service-specific requests.
To create a service request:

Go to Service Requests and click + Service Request.

Enter the service request details.
Name Enter the service request name. Type Select the service request type:
Technical Assistance
Request for technical assistance.
Escalation Matrix Update Request to update the escalation matrix. Whitelist Request
Request to add/update the whitelist.
Device Decommissioning Request to decommission a device. Portal Access
Report problems with accessing SOCaaS portal.
New Monitoring Request
Request monitoring for subnets and networks previously excluded.
New Report Request
Request a new report.
Service Inquiry
Requests related to service inquiries.
Service Decommission
Request for service decommission.
Others
Other SOCaaS related requests.
Notification Email Address The email address to which the updates should be sent. Description Provide details about the request. Upload Attachments Click to upload screen shots, text files, or other information about the request.
When requesting device onboarding or escalation matrix updates, you can optionally use and attach the forms available in the SOCaaS Onboarding Form which can be found on the SOCaaS portal landing page.

Click Add.
You can add comments to existing service requests. See Service request comments.
