Policy ID

The polid field is in FortiMail log messages where type=statistics.

The policy ID is in the format ofx:y:z:DOMAIN, where:

• x: ID of the matching global access control policy

• y: ID of the matching IP-based policy

• z: ID of the matching recipient-based policy

• DOMAIN: either SYSTEM (if the recipient-based policy is system-level) or a domain name (if the policy is specific to a protected domain)

If the value of x, y, and z is 0, then no policy was matched.

Policies, and the setting profiles they use, determine which scans are applied.
