Viewing FortiVoice Cloud external hostname/IP and ports
The System > Advanced > External Access lets you view the FortiVoice Cloud external hostname/IP and ports through which it can be accessed by other devices on the internet.
When external extensions connect to FortiVoice Cloud, they get the basic PBX configurations including the external access IP and ports through auto provisioning. They can then use the information to register with FortiVoice Cloud.
Extensions are defined as external in the extension configuration. For more information, see Configuring IP extensions.
