Asset and Identity Display Control

To provided a unified experience, admins can customize how the asset and identity information will be displayed, including which fields are displayed, order, and priority.

To configure the asset and identity display settings:
  1. Go to Fabric View > Asset & Identity > User Display Preferences.
    • There are five order preference tabs which configure the display sequence of user information. Any changes made on these tabs is reflected in the preview window. You can drag and drop items to set the sequence.

    • There are five sources for user names. The top item will be displayed in the asset and identity pop-up window.

    • There are four sources for user pictures. The top item will be displayed in the asset and identity pop-up window.

    • There are four sources for email accounts. The top item will be displayed in the asset and identity pop-up window.

    • There is one source for phone numbers.

    • There are three sources for social accounts.

    • Picture, email, phone number, and social account information can be disabled by moving the Show toggle to the Off position in their respective tabs.
  2. After configuration, hover your mouse over a user to view the asset and identity pop-up window.
