Cloud Storage Files Details

The INSIGHTS > Data > Files tab shows all files located on the cloud storage accounts that FortiCNP is currently monitoring.

Files can be filtered by added Accounts (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), File Name, File Type, Resource Group, Sensitive Data, and Storage Name.

File State

Data Scan policy scans and filters the cloud storage data by Sensitive Data, Clean Data, and Malware Data.

Malware Data : Files that triggered the Anti-Virus Policy.

Sensitive Data : Files that violated the Data Scan policy.

Clean Data : Files that did not violate any policy.

Example on File Filter

1. Go to INSIGHTS > DATA > Files tab from FortiCNP navigation pane.
2. Click +Add Filter field and select Storage Name.



3. Click Blob Container drop down menu and select a container: "forticasbproduction/autotest"



4. Click the search button to filter the findings.
5. The filtered files will only be from the Azure Storage: forticasbproduction/autotest.
